About Us 

El Metate Soddy Daisy, located in the heart of Soddy Daisy at 9332 Dayton Pike, opened its doors in April of 2007. Manager, Jugo Gonzales, moved to Soddy Daisy with eight other employees from the Camino Real Group to open the new Mexican Restaurant. El Metate is part of a chain –but there is nothing chain – like in the range of menu items and attitude of the management.
